Not really sure what's going on here...
Everything on the food side yesterday was on the up and up... and I walked a mile and a half lastnight for the second night in a row. I just consulted my pill pack and it seems that
"shark week"
is about four days away. Maybe I'm coming down with the dreaded bloat? In any case, not seeing movement is disappointing when I've been working so hard. Nothing to be done but what I've been doing I guess? Today I'll be working on patience along with my regularly programmed schedule.

To celebrate my win today I'm replacing my normal almond milk and fiber drink with ice cream and my fiber stuffs. Carb smart chocolate is my poison this afternoon. As I carefully spooned and measured it into the proper serving sized portion, what blew my mind was how much ice cream I used to have each time in the past. Since I was a kid it was always huge bowls or giant cones. It's supposed to be a half a cup!!!! I have a tiny little spoon and I intend on savoring every teeny tiny bite with greater appreciation!

At the beginning of last week I said I hoped I'd be up to walking a full mile by Sunday. (lastnight) Lastnight I found myself aiming for a mile and a half... and I did it!!! I wanted to hit the 20 lbs gone mark by this morning... I hit the mark plus .8 more. I feel UNSTOPPABLE!!! I even wore my before pic pants to take my kiddo to school this morning. My thighs, hips, belly, and behind had been so huge I couldn't pull them up any higher than my bum crack. That's not the case anymore. So now I have 2 pairs of outside the house pants that fit. I can't wait to fit into more of my clothes!

Losing 3.8 kg a Week

Tomorrow ends week two of the 10% challenge and I'm .4 lbs away from my first 20 gone. I'm thinking about pushing for three full laps(1 1/2 miles) around the block tonight instead of the two and the cut through partial to ensure I hit my first 20 goal by week two's end. I want it bad!!!!!
