Life has been hard lately. Too many emotional thoughts and that makes hard not to be stressed amd sleep less. We all know that when we are stressed our body tend to battle therefore its hard to lose weight. But I am still sticking to my eating habits and recording my food so I can monitor them.

I thought I gained my 2kg that I lost last 2 weeks ago but when I weigh in.. It still has its 2kg lost... I realise that my body liked the routine am doing.. Swimming 1x a week and then recovery for 4days. I know the recovery seems to be long but I think its because my mind and things are stressful lately so my body needs to cope up to everything that is going on me. I'm just thankful that I didn't gain weight again... I will try to stick on 2x swimming max.. So to add some activities.

I ate 1324 calories today due to mid year party from the company. I will try to walk tomorrow to burn those calories.
