As usual, I have fallen off the wagon. For an unknown reason, I do not like to count calorie. Beside, I'm not as active as before because my job quite "labour-ish".
I tried to eat healthy today. I did try. I would give myself an C+ because I stopped when I felt full. I also did stretches :)
Anyway, this will sound very weird and a bit eww. I weighed myself after visiting the toilet. I weighed whooping 55.1kg. After few minutes, my stomach started acting up so I went to the toilet again. I "bombed" the toilet. I stood on the scale once more and weighed 54.4kg.
Whoah!! Poo does weigh tons!
