This is the second day of same weight....okay
But that means I have to drop 4.3 pounds 'tomorrow' morning, doubt that will happen, let's see how many days in to November it will take to meet my 1st of November goal. lol

Thank goodness my Netrition order showed up and I got my
protein powder............ With my Leptin reset diet it is
the only way to get 50/60 gm of protein within the first half hour of rising. And I am still catching up on my 4 days of cheating. I have a goal to reach 170's, which was by November, well looks like it is going to be futher into November than thought???? Oh well

Wow if I had to 'eat' 50/60 gm of protein every morning in the first half hour of rising, I could not do the Leptin diet. That really was the reason I could not continue to do the Atkins diet, too much food to eat. Thank goodness my netrition order is due today. Yea powdered protein!!!!

Oh dear, I am back on my diet but now I have run out of protein powder and fiber powder..... I can't EAT 50gm of protein in the morning in the first half hour of waking. I reordered my supplies but I doubt it will arrive before Monday. Oh boy punt time.......
