After an 800 cal day... Big dip lol... A lot of it was water, Abs starting to show... Not even trying to lose weight but am exercising well, have been walking to gym (3.2km) This 5-2 lifestyle certainly works lol... Even though I have upped ny cals to around the 3,400 to 500 mark... But its 90% clean... Will have to increasr a little more... So for all you trying so hard to lose the weight, have a look at Michael Mosleys material... The Clever Guts Diet and the 5-2... My partner and I have been learning heaps from the gut revolution studies as well 😁 Have a great day ya'all...
