So,my weigh in is tomorrow morning. I am nervous because I know the scale will not show my true loss for this week..... (Damn mother nature... Grr) So I only expect maybe a pound or two lower... Hopefully no gain from what I have lost already. I looked on yahoo answers and the average gain during "the vistor" is 2-5 pounds. Hopefully all the water I have been drinking will flush out some of the water weight....

I am going to have dinner for breakfast this morning. My baked boneless skinless chicken breast, last night, was to die for. It was so juicey. Yummy! LOL! I love left overs.

After everything I ate today it still comes out to under 800 calories.... I dont want to force feed myself but I know I need more calories... This is getting annoying.

Taking the kids swimming. Im gonna try to swim in moderate mode for an hour or 2. Insaine difference in calories burnt from slow to moderate.

Oh no!!!!! Mother nature decided to pay me a visit tonight!!! That is going to completely screw up my weigh-in on Friday! Grrrr! I am gonna cry. The average weight gain during a menstration is 2-5 pounds!!!! AAHHHH!
