I had to weigh this morning ... yesterday was an EXTREMELY stressful work day for me - I worked 8 1/2 hours, went to church for rehearsal, came home instead of staying for class, and worked another 3 hours. And I still didn't finish everything lol.
That being said, I have been drinking 1/2 a Major Melon Mt Dew any day that I needed caffeine ... yesterday I drank the entire thing!
So I woke up this morning thinking I would have gained some. I am down 6.4 pounds in 10 days :) I will take every single small loss and count it as a victory!!!

I keep going over my calorie goal by 10-20 per day because I am drinking a gallon of weak Crystal Light peach Tea (with just 1 pkg of the 2qt mix) to get my water in each day. Still losing though and I cannot drink this much straight water.
