I just can't get below 60kg but was only trying for 61 anyway. Eaten lots of naughty things this week, eg chocolate cake, almond croissants, and yum nuts. have played bowls 3 times so far this week with 2 more games to go, so plenty of exercise.

went slightly over on calories yesterday as cheese rolls put infront of us after Bowls match and the obligatory G&T of course 🙃
