Ended up using my spicy cheese dip on my tritip, spinach and broccoli. It was yummy and extremely filling.

Curious... how do you personally increase your calories without increasing your carbs a lot? My issue is, I am focusing on the low carbs, moderate protein and high fat and end up MAJORLY low in my calories. This may be why I have hit another plateau. Help. My daily average is scary low in Cals this week. 😱🤷♀️

I made bacon chips and a spicy cheesy dip, and a zesty pickle on the side to break fast at 18hrs. (Saving most of the cheese sauce to add to put miracle noodles for dinner tomorrow.)

We went on a little hike today. It always seems like such a chore to get my kids out of the house these days... 😩 but we did it and it was a beautiful day for a hike.

Intermittent fasting? Do you still have your keto tea or coffee? Or do you consider it breaking a fast? From what I have gathered if it is less than a certain amount of calories it is still fasting... I am just curious to see what others do and are up to.
