OK. I should not have had Taco Bell last night. BUT, I did try a crunchy taco with the fresco salsa and loved it!! Never thought I wouldn't miss the cheese (I LOVE CHEESE!), but that salsa was great! I've already planned my dinner so that I know I stay within the calories. I'm going to bed now. I'll Wii later this afternoon...

Stopped in at WalMart this am after work. Loaded up on some fresh veggies, fruit, and skinless chicken breast. Took my sis-in-laws recommendation and picked up some Fiber One stuff. I really like the Cinnamon Oat cereal. Tastes kinda like Apple Jacks!! I also got the Wii Fit Plus disc...let the exercising begin!!!

Got a call at work this morning. Had to leave and have my daughter transported by ambulance to the ER. She has a head contusion, nothing serious, Thank Goodness! Brought her home and we both slept 12 hours. Out of bed in enough time to eat, make this entry, and get ready to leave for work.
Heat is still a major problem for me. Hopefully this heat wave goes by fast...
My sister-in-law is a nutritionist, and is helping me tweek this day by day. She's watching, and I'm glad she is. Thanks Kate!!!
I weighed myself before my shower...277.3. I'm trying not to get too excited, because I know it's just the water weight. Still plenty of hard work to come, but it's for a good cause...ME!!!

Finally I figured out how to enter my actual starting weight!! I guessed at 285 while I was setting this up in my Blackberry. TO MY DISMAY, IT WAS ACTUALLY 289.8 WHEN i STEPPED ON THE SCALE!!!! All-time high for me....NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN!!!!!!!!! And the treadmill at work is broken, so I will Wii Fit tomorrow at home!!

OK. So I'm a night shift worker, so making entries in my food journal is going to be a challenge. I am going to start eating breakfast when I get home, doing a little housework, and then going to bed. I generally sleep through lunch. My food entries are going to be all over the place. But, I will find a way. Going to do the treadmill in a couple of hours on my break. We'll see what happens!
