Masih edisi belum tracking kalori tapi tetap track intake protein 100-120gr/ hari, jdi makan sesuai kenyang & cukup nya tubuh, so far seminggu ini ga ada masalah ke angka BB alias stabil dan perform wo jga ga turun ☺️ ig @rhinafriani
