It's my birthday today. A turtle cheesecake has appeared in my refridgerator overnight. Looks good, but hate to think of how fat it has the potential of making me. Luckily I have bellydance class to help balance it out and will try to get a little extra workout time in since I am low on kids and wil have naptime to myself, baby permitting.

I ate so much this past week. I have concluded a morning snack -as long as I don't go overboard- is probably helpful to weight loss. I added it back in this past week and my weight finally has dropped a pound despite eating like a pig.
I also got a lot of exercise this weekend. Not exercise videos or anything like that, but I walked a lot. It should be easier to get more walking in once it warms up.

I've decided to try something. Awhile back I cut out my AM snack to help me keep my daily calorie count down. I haven't lost weight since. I've also been crabby- possibly because I'm hungry. I've been terrible last week and have been eating all day- including my AM snack. I'm in a much better mood, and actually dropped a pound (thou I"m sure I gained it back after the weekend I had). Anyway, I'm going to bring back the morning snack, but try to make it a little healthier or more substantial then before. Today I reserved 1/2 my orange from breakfast and will have that. Hopefully it'll help.

Forgive me waistline, for I have sinned...
I've been terrible the past few days. I just finally figured out why I seem to think I'm starving all the time. I'm way overtired. I need to get sleep so I don't feel I need to eat for a pick me up.
