Yesterday I did not make it to the gym BUT I did work and that should suffice. I work cleaning out foreclosed homes as they come to me through my Real estate clients. occasionally we get a nasty one that requires washing down just about every vertical surface as well as horizontal. So I spent 3 of the 4 hours doing a squat, "wash on, wash off" stroke, stand, move forward, and repeat routine. UGH. Today my shoulders, arms, and legs are aching. AND, Yay, I get to do more tomorrow.
On the bright side, that disgusting house becomes a whole new house when we're through with it and is actually pleasant to look at. Mostly. I can't get rid of rampant toddler/preschool artwork without painting and I don't do that but if you like those kinds of scribbles then it's still pleasant ;) These children were particularly prodigious using marker, pen, pencil, crayon, finger nail polish, stickers and paint in EVERY room of the house. Makes you wonder if the parents were ever around. <Sigh>

All day yesterday and last night I was so sick to my stomach that this morning I did NOT want to wake up and go my exercise class. I just wanted to sleep. I slept until noon, was still groggy and didn't get any exercise or work done at all. I do feel much better today other than the tired. Tomorrow will be a better day though. I'll weight in and see if I'm getting anywhere.

Ok so I'm terrible at updating this. What I've discovered: I do not keep calorie records well at all. That my previous plan of not changing my normal routine but just taking the Garcinia Cambogia proved to maintain my weight. To lose weiht, It works better in conjunction with exercise and watching what you eat.
I have started a gym membership a week ago. I'm still working out a routine of days and times but I'd like to workout M, W, F on elliptical or weight training (alternately) and T, R in Deep H2O, Sat in a Pilate's. So far I've only made 3 days :-/ Just NOT in the habit.

Hey there. I'm looking for some "buddies" that don't mind sharing their stories and motivations with me so if I add you (a stranger out of the blue), I hope you won't consider that offensive. I liked your comments and stories.
I'm still trying to figure this out. I don't have a specific "diet" or exercise program. My husband, lately, looked into a natural weight loss supplement that he wants me to try and from what I've heard and seen, there's not a lot of negatives. It's called Garcinia Cambogia. It is a natural fat burner and appetite suppressant. There's all sorts of info online so I'll let you research it if you're curious.
So...
Starting today, I am taking 2 capsules a day (1000mg GC w/ 60% HCA). I'm going to try this for two weeks without changing my diet significantly or adding exercise just to see how it works on it's own. I've taken wt and measurement today also. Wt 165lbs. Measure: Hips 44", Waist 37.5", Bust 40", thigh 24.5", upper arm 14". AND I've even taken that embarrassing "before" picture (a first for me). We'll see what happens.

Last week was a depressing week. I lacked motivation for ANYTHING. On the plus side, this included eating so still lost weight but I can't continue that way.
I just want some
energy
Depression is draining it all out of me.
