Is it true you can get sick from dieting?
Someone posted about it a few weeks ago and I did not think much about it until now... when my nose is running, throat sore and head throbbing. 🤒

How do I change my goal (target weight)? I need to get down to 165lbs to get out of the "overweight" category but thought 175lbs would be a more reasonable goal. Since the last month has been so successful, I want to push myself to get down to an "average" or "healthy" weight.

I reached my mini goal of being into the 180s by the start of June. 🙂 My new mini goal is being into the 170s by the start of summer vacation.

The school I work in does treats on Friday. Since starting my weight-loss journey, I have been able to avoid the temptation but today it wasn't junk food. It was a carb heavy lunch... spanikopitas, sandwiches, pasta... and I had no self control.
