oops! cheated on Superbowl sunday (which was ok)but then I couldn't stop on mon, tues, wed...Well, the brownies and beer are gone, so it's time to get back on the wagon.

Another pound! Eating pretty well-had some sugar cravings and a couple of beers...but for the most part, sticking to the diet. It feels good to be cooking at home again. Part of the reason I put on so much weight was eating out all the time. (Or having pizza or chinese food delivered). Slowly but surely...

Well, i weighed in, and posted late for thursday. Down another pound. Amazing how this number looked soo bad on the way up, but looks fabulous on the way back down towards my goal weight! 10 pounds off, and i can feel that i'm getting a little lax in watching my intake. Can't forget that i have 30 more pounds to go!! Also, need to save some calories for beer on superbowl!! ...and i wonder how i ever put this weight on :) With all this rain, i haven't been able to walk at lunch, so i need to to exercising at home. Soon...

stuck with the plan. Only had 1/2 a beer and some sushi on date night 1/16. Should have been brown rice, but oh well. Walked really hard on 1/16.
