Let me explain a little better. WW has been extremely effective for me in the past. for some reason, I can't stick with it right now....I did start Jenny Craig this morning....I ate a breakfast sandwich this morning and was full, but had to force myself to eat a half of grapefruit to complete my caloric intake and balance out the meat/starches fat, etc... With ww, It was too easy for me to grab a fiber one bar and be done, therefore not getting the food components for each meal. I'm excited about this....if nothing else, it gets me motiviated again, right? I'll keep you all posted. :) Thanks for the comments!

I'm thinking of switching to Jenny Craig...WW isn't doing it for me...guess I'm not excited about it...who knows...any input?

Ran 3.6 miles yesterday...somehow my weight is up today! Go figure! I'm being good today...havent been terrible, but defintly not following the WW plan. Heeeelllp! I just can't seem to lose!

Hmmmm....what can my excuse be now? I haven't been terrible, but haven't lost any weight either. I went jogging yesterday 3.3 miles while pushing a jogging stroller. That was pretty good I guess. I'm actually up a pound, but I don't want to record that. So....I'll see what happens in a couple of days. :)
