Gestern den ganzen Tag nur 500 kcal zu mir genommen... Prinzip 5:2

Heute durfte ich also wieder normal essen :)

Angeblich soll das ja super klappen. Ich bin gespannt.

Karneval hat mich deutlich auf Trapp gehalten und auch deutliche Spuren hinterlassen. Oh je, Berliner Sekt und Co... Sehr lecker aber teuflisch.

Aber ab jetzt ist ja dann Fastenzeit angesagt ;)

Ich muss dann jetzt wohl ziemlich reinhauen.
