FINALLY Friday!! Whoot-whoot!! Thoughts and prayers going out to those affected by Sandy - stay safe!!
Long day at work today then short evening tonight. Son & I are going to have supper and I am planning a new dish and trying out a new product (new to me anyway, lol) - Coconut Aminos. Supposedly just like soy sauce (it smells like soy sauce) but zero net carbs. Anyone try this? Anyway, making a stir-fried beef and asparagus and on the side my low carb version of the best asian salad that we used to get at this little Teryaki joint when we lived in Seattle. Looking forward to that.
We've been discussing *tweaking* things here and there and making and sticking to (working) plans to keep the downward movement going. My new tweak/plan is that I am attempting to enter my planned food into my food diary the night before or at least in the AM so I can see where I am carb/calorie wise and have no surprises. Hoping to see some movement on the scale tomorrow :)

Sitting here after work sipping on my big cup of water -- sipping harder so as to drown out the sound the the peanut butter jar calling to me from the kitchen -- fingers in ears --la,la,la,la :)
Better hit the bath :)

Brrr -- very cold morning and even a dusting of the white stuff -- I am not ready for winter, lol. I need to get my rear in gear this weekend and get my wicker furniture off the porch and into storage and move some stuff around in the garage so my car can be in there too.
Foodwise, I am working the plan -- brought some of my Hamburger-Veggie Soup for lunch. Not sure about supper -- might just be eggs again tonight - that is always easy and by Thursday, easy is exactly what I need.
Off to make a cup of coffee -- Happy Friday Eve :)

QUICK jounel entry while I enjoy this morning's coffee. First - YUM!! Secondly, I want to WELCOME all my new FB 90 Day Low Carb Challenge buddies to Fatsecret! I've really enjoyed tracking here and have found a very supportive Atkins/Low Carb community.
Today will be more of the same from yesterday and Monday -- dreary weather, work is quiet, working my plan, and looking forward to some positive changes coming my way :)

My Netrition goodies did come in. I tried the Swerve at supper -- had 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tsp Swerve, 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 2 tbsp pecans & 2 tbsp flaxseed meal -- OMG, it tasted like pumpkin cheesecake and was so yummy -- okay, so I know it was kind of a non-typical supper fare but hit the spot and got me out the door and to my second job -- worked 3 hours there and still am not hungry :)
Got to hit the tub for a nice hot soak and then it's beddy-bye time -- goodnight :)
