Kok temans bisa turun cepat berat badannya ya, saya rata2 penurunan per bulan cuma 2 kg saja.
Saya tetap makan 3 kali sehari, porsi saja yang dikurangi, tidak mengemil lagi, dalam seminggu tetap menikmati makan.
Jalan kaki senin-jumat sekitar 6.000 langkah, sabtu minggu bisa 15.000 langkah, ada olahraga sederhana di rumah walaupun tidak tiap hari.
Celana baju sudah mulai longgar, yang sempit bisa kembali dipakai dan juga melonggar.
Asupan kalori sehari sekitar 1.600 - 1.900 dan BMR 1.600.
