I ended the day with 1carb... I ate a 3x3 at in n out with spread and grilled onions for dinner. It was too much just meat and cheese... but today was experimental to see how I will feel and also to see how it changes the scale. Resisting French fries and milk shakes was easy, proud of myself for that! Also I had zero artificial sugars today 👍already planning a super low carb day for tomorrow. I went shopping today to switch up my meals and snacks 🤞fingers crossed for some scale success this week!

It doesn't look all that appetizing. But it was very delicious. Zoodles, homemade 5 cheese sauce and lean ground turkey with avocado oil for fat and tapatio.
