Hey a tablespoon of choco syrup only has 10 g sugar, much less than maple syrup! Whaaaaat kind of craziness is this! My morning coffee is going to be mocha from here on out!

It's 1:00, I haven't had a chance to have lunch yet, though I brought a healthy one, and I got in for an hour meeting in 5 min. There was banana bread and cinnamon rolls in the break room. Ugh. Guess what I did. My consolation is that I only ate half of what I would have normally had of each. Still... I want a real lunch! Preferably at lunch time!

Took a nap this afternoon. I'm still dragging. I have no reason to be dragging. Starting to crave sugar already. It's been 24 hrs and I had pretty sweet spaghetti sauce. ooooh boy. I'm in for the sugar flu!

Proud of myself for thinking about what I'm going to pick up to eat before I leave work for lunch. Problem is, I don't want salad and our food court has few other healthy options. I'd get tacos but have no clue how to account for them because they are from a local food vendor. *sigh* This is the problem with food diaries, I guess.
