I've been off the diet for a few weeks, but I'm thinking about starting the couch-to-5k program and getting back into the swing of things.

I had a few rough days this week, so i'm happy with any loss, at this point. 1 pound is one less pound to carry around. I hope to say that this week I will have followed the diet 100%.

I've been having a really bad couple of days. I can't seem to stop snacking at work and I hven't got a lot of healthy options. I've gone over my daily points, but not used up my flex points, so I guess that's good. I just don't really feel all that great about myself. I mean it's only my second week!
I did start drinking more water. I bought those South Beach Diet "Tide me Over" packs to mix in a water bottle(30 cals a bottle) and that is helping me consume more water and less diet soda. The Strawberry Banana is delicious. I hope it's not got something I'm not aware of that will sabotage my diet.
I'm going to keep plugging on through this little dip in the road and I think I'll be fine. I'm not going to throw in the towel, not this early.

I've fixed my weight to reflect my weight when I started the WW plan, then when I weighed in to this site for the first time, and then today, which is my normal weigh-in day.
Now I will begin to weigh-in on Mondays only.
