Had 3 scrambled egg muffins with ham and cheese, but I was hungry by 10. Need to make sure I have a mid-morning snack ready. Had mixed green salad with cucumbers, celery and steak--meat was awesome but I need more veggies tomorrow. Ate my 10 green olives with lunch and was ravenous when I got home. Scarfed down another cup of steak strips right at 530 then had cup of cucumbers with cheese cubes and ranch.
Drank over 72 oz of water but defintely need to plan better for tomorrow.

had a kidney stone, spent the last three days in pain and drug induced haze. I didn't excercise, or pay attention to my food, but I drank large amounts of water and I have officially kicked the soda habit (out of necessity). I will start back on my cardio today.

Last night i got on the elliptcal machine and at 10 minutes I was so tired that I told myself I would only do 20 minutes but at 20 I kept going. At 25 I said I could make it to 30 and increased the resistance. Then I even did my ab workout with 1 set of 20 and again for 15.
