First meal... ground beef, zucchini and onions with a little parm.
Contemplating taking a walk... but it’s hot, I’m still sick, and it’s windy... the pollen is so out of control right now. I can’t tell if I am actually getting well but have allergies...

Just need to get a little more active. Life has been crazy... last minute vacay, sick for a week straight now... kids are sick too... homeschooling obligations... I have been driving long distances too much... which for some reason makes me crave junk foods... but I behaved and put the junk down, I knew eating one of the candies would not make me feel well... I actually bought some sugar free candy from See’s candy... I saw someone on Instagram buying them for his wife, claiming they were keto friendly... I was a bit too excited and bought them when I had a chance (yesterday) then saw the carb total when I got in the car, which is also different than the numbers this site shows. So now I’m confused...
Anywho... I have set new goals for myself. Some of my clothes are getting too loose!!! 🙌😱😁🥰

Not too bad for four days of vacation. And eating whatever I wanted! But I think staying well hydrated and walking around nonstop helped burn off those Granny Apple Fries...
Started getting sick on Day1 of the trip but it didn’t turn into anything bad just a sniffle... and we had a blast at Legoland and the cutest little hotel/resort... until the day we got home... now I’m sick in bed with a terrible cold. 😩
Hoping the neti pot and drinking sole and lots of fluids today will help me fight this off. We have a big week next week!!!

So last week I tried that cleanse/detox... I didn’t lose any weight on it. But I did notice my stomach was flatter and some of my older jeans fit again!!! So that’s a plus. I think even though the products were keto friendly I didn’t adjust my other good intake properly. Ate my usual keto way plus those drinks... so maybe I was over or didn’t calculate right. Whatever I didn’t gain so that’s another plus.
