I LIKE TO EAT.... BUT, I THINK IT IS OUT OF BOREDOM....I HAD 3 OREO'S COOKIES - 160 CALORIES AND WELL WORTH IT.

I have not lost a pound this week. I have been going up and down scale by 1 pound. I have been exercising more this week. But, I have been doing something wrong. I am going to cut out breakfast and my calories intake. Maybe this will help. I am not feeling encouraged this morning.

Had my usual breakfast today....starting out good... brought turkey bacon instead of pork...far less calories... not bad, reminded me of ham, which is good for a change. I feel very positive.... I weighted myself this morning to see if I lost that extra pound from the other day. I did and back on track. It is getting easy following my calories per day. Keep up the Good Work!

I over did it on Monday. I think that I had breakfast too early. I will not eat at 6:30 am this way I can paste myself. Also, more water. I can do this and will......

today i over-ate beyond my calories of 1800, but i increase my exercise,now for the colon cleanser,just weighed and put back on the 3 lbs. should not of have eaten so much today. will try again tomorrow. i should not have weighed so late in the evening. will check on Friday
