Doing GREAT!

I have been trying so hard to get my workouts in while I am trying to get everything done for the wedding. It is not an easy feat. I am just thrilled that I have maintained my weight.

This week I vow to get every workout in and then next week until Thursday bcz that is the rehearsal dinner and Friday is the big day! WOW! I can't believe it is so close!

Here here to everyone getting in their workouts and accomplishing their goals. Thanks to all my supportive buddies! Without you, I would not have met my goals with such passion and motivation!!!

Still creeping lower...despite my slight increase in wine (normally only 1 glass) over the last few days. Well, the wedding is coming and teh BS-ing with the relatives is more fun over wine! lol!

I took my off day yesterday since I had dance lessons for an hour with an hour of practice yesterday AND

Sunday did yoga in the AM with walking at 10%incline 4.0 mph for 45 min and weights on shoulders plus. With a double day my body needed a break so my Tuesday will be my normal Monday workout and blah, blah...

Happy Tuesday...I still have a million things to do!
