Well.... I forgot that I wasn't going to drink any soda today (how convenient!) and had a serving with my lunch..... :( But I did have a nutritious, healthy meal~ and I had a good time in the dept I went to sub in today, so it's not a total wash! For any of you out there that have a Honey Baked Ham store nearby, I highly recommend the vegetable soup/sandwich combo! I had a turkey on a croissiant (ate only half) and about a cup of the most delish veggie soup I think I've ever had! It was filling and warm~ just what I needed today. And I have half a sammy left over for my hubby to try!
Ok~ tomorrow no soda! (I gotta write that down!) LOL

It's a new day here in Tucson.... weather's sorta weird, kinda cloudy, and I'm going into work later than usual and into a different dept~ but it should be ok. No worries!
I'm feeling my TOM coming on, so I've been especially hungry and melancholy.... geez I hate this time of the month!
Plan for the day:
Meet new people
Be kind to myself and those around me
Eat sensibly and in moderation
No soda today.... yikes! LOL!

MUCH BETTER TODAY..... whew! I ate appropriately, worked out (hard) and all around did ok. Now~ I just have to get up tomorrow and do the same thing! Yikes! LOL

....last 2 days have not been pretty....i have been very stressed out with family issues and have not been kind to myself or my body with regard to paying attention to what i put in my mouth.....since i don't weigh myself at home and only at the trainer every 5-6 weeks, i have no idea if i've gained any weight~ but i do know how crappy i feel about my behavior. my clothes feel the same as they have, but i don't like that the minute i feel stressed, i revert back to old habits. because who does it hurt? me.... i've got to figure out how to divert that negative energy. as i've said before~ it's a process and i can't expect perfection overnite.... tomorrow is another day and another chance to be kind to myself and treat my body well.
that's the plan... trainer, eat well in moderation and remember that i am only a human being.
