almost skipped my workout. but i told myself just do it. so i did 30 min leg and butt exercises without weights. surprisingly i worked up a good sweat!

one of my many reasons i exercise is to help my anxiety. lately it doesnt seem to be enough. my husband started a new job as a uber driver. he been gone all night this whole weekend. anxiety kicks in and i cant sleep. melatonin helps some, but i still keep waking up. very frustrating.

lady i work with said she can tell that i work out. i didnt think it shows lol but apparently it is..great feeling 🙂

Wednesday after work i was so tired from not enough sleep, i took my youngest to park and. played. that was my workout lol, tonight i did 40 mon upper body and abs workout.
