Special date night:

Baked salmon with risotto and white wine. A bit of a chest meal but it was delicious.

Another drop. Yesterday was a bit of a stressful and busy day so i didn't eat as much but i think i still got a good amount of protein in.

I also PR'd on my deadlifts.
265 lbs for 5 reps

Tonight will be a special dinner so I may gain a bit but it'll be worth it.

Pretty good drop yesterday. I knew i was in a deficit but didn't realize it was that big. I even had dessert last night. I did go to the gym for a bit and did some sprint training which definitely helped.

This is the least I've weighed in probably 6 months so I'm feeling good.

Small drop but I’ll take it see as I ate quite a bit yesterday and wasn’t sure if I was still in my deficit despite going for a run and multiple walks.

I should hopefully have the time to go to the gym today.

Didn’t get the chance to go to the gym this morning so went for a shorter training run at my (hopeful) marathon pace - 8:40.

I’m hoping that after I lose a bit more weight, my pace can increase.
