I have a goal set of 10lbs in 19 days, before I leave for vacation in Florida. I lost 10lbs in a little over 2 weeks at the beginning of my weight loss, so I'm hoping I can do it again. I am exercising, but was told that every 36 hours without mederate exercise inlarges your fat cells by 25%. That's not good, so I'm gonna try to work out everyday. I get up in the mornings and workout, but I think I might try evening workouts also. I know this might sound crazy, but I wash my hair every other day, and so those are the days I work out. I dont like to wash my hair everyday because it's so thick and takes forever to dry and the 2nd day is always the best hair day. So, I guess I'll just have to get over it and workout more and wash my hair more. What a bummer! But I guess I shouldnt complain because I'm actually starting to enjoy working out. I have never in my life enjoyed working out. I just found something that isnt boring and something I look forward too. Here's to clean hair every day! *Cheers* Lol!!!
