I was soo tired this morning, I did sleep really well last night, but I did drag my butt downstairs and worked out. Even a little is better than being lazy. plan on biking tonight with my two boys that will get me motivated more.

Three years ago I weighed well over 270 lbs, and went on my own diet and exercise. I was down to 169# last summer and am now at 179#. I want to feel good again and don't want to ever have to worry about being there again. Here is my committment to me.
