Somehow caught covid early in the week. luckily for me the symptoms weren't bad. Lost my appetite though. I expect some of the weight to come back which is OK, as long as I continue to trend down. Happy Friday

Spent the long weekend up north. Had a great time. I learned that I am not far enough on my weight loss journey to make good dietary decisions after enjoying wine, and smoking. Well, back at it.
