Was very proud of myself yesterday, had to go out with the kids in tow after school .Took them to Macdonalds, everyone had one except me..Do YOU know how much fat is in a deli sandwich..Good Lord !!! and I refuse to pay £4 for a pot of salad ...

First week of the low calorie /lower fat diet Lost
9lb
so far, yay me .. I'm not feeling hungry and still struggling to eat more than 1000 calories.. Wish every week could be as good as this one but know that it would mainly be water this week which is why the loss is so high...
I have been taking Orlistat too and tbh not seen any thing from them. I was scared starting them as everyone told me horror stories but I have seen no noticeable side effects... So onwards and upwards although I hope the scale reading continues to go downwards.
I am starting to go for walks this week try and get some exercise into my week ..it's so hard when everything hurts so much though...

Bit bloated today, have decided to drink more water as tbh I don't drink any..will have no sugar cordial in it and try to do 8 pints a day..
Still staying below 1500 calories but have been advised on the forum to watch my processed carbs :/ better find out alternatives .
Been looking at treadmills today , need to do something at home slowly to build my stamina back up
