So 5/11
Best day so far. Had 1000 calories by 10:00am.
Protein shakes were great and scale got here today which is why my starting weight has changed from 124 to 131.
I suspected that the other scale was off which was correct.
Orange chicken and noodles from Panda Express worked magic today bringing in my final 1200 calories from dinner with a protein shake to finish the night.
APHG exam tomorrow with 2 English projects then I’m done for summer ✅🎂🎂... until summer reading... and math tutoring... and world history studying. Really never done.
Get to see my girl tomorrow nice and early which means I’”” probably struggle with calories. Have a good night everyone.

Final journal entry until my scale gets here 😁😁😁
5/10 Drove to my new house today which was good and got to see my best friend and girlfriend.
To my food,
I had a horrible day food-wise. I ate only 50% of my needed calories and ate almost nearly all macros. Macros is good but I should be eating 25% more than what I have prepared.
In order to begin eating more calories over summer I’m going to keep my sleep schedule. Starting tomorrow. Goal is to take in at least 1000 calories by 9:30am.
Nothing too important tomorrow
Girl has cheer tryouts and orthodontist appointment and I get to hang out and see her tomorrow.

5/9 Recap
95% of the daily goal today. Not as much protein as I would like.
Fat and carbs were good and on track.
Busy day with baseball and practicing driving and missing my girl.
Mother’s Day tomorrow will be difficult to get food where I want.

I’m typing this entry for accountability. I’m the past I have not succeeded at gaining weight when a necessity. I do not have any difficulties eating but just have a difficult time eating enough to gain weight. Today 5/9 I’m otw to baseball w/o spectators which will be weird and I’m on the road now. Just some background I’m 15M baseball player. Starting at 125 but my scale is broken so consider 125 a “guesstimate” as the scale is unreliable. New scale is coming on the 11th.
