Today was a great moving day!! I checked my BP and WOW I was 123/87- oh did I forget to mention that I have suffered from High BP for the last 9 months!!! Yep!!! One of my highest reading was 143/101~~~ So losing weight with a healthy lifestyle is a great improvement!!

so today i went grocery shopping!! have i stated how much i love shopping- and for food, my new hobby!! I have experimented today with more herbs and food!! I love it- I do miss my sugar though!! I just want a cupcake so bad...
But its ok, by waist doesnt need that. And I thought that shopping for all this healthy stuff was expensive but today by grocery bill was lower!! I guess all those chips, cookies and donutes add up quick- money wise and caloric

Had a rough day yesterday!!1 It was awesome weighing in and losing 2 lbs, but later that day- my lovely porphyria took action!!! Here comes the headaches, and loss of muscle function!! A magic bar down 5 glucose tabs, and tylenol,and a pizza- im back ok this morning!! I still dont feel the best, but im going to the gym and going to pump it up!!! Work that level 3 and work to burn those cals.
