Lost 8 of 20 pounds so far. I'm gaining muscle at the same time, and I can't tell how much that's offsetting my weight (not that I'm complaining). I just finished a cheat/binge/high-carv/cal day (for the world's most incompetent carb cycling), and I can't decide how much to work out or how much to eat. Most extreme would be some moderate lifting, followed by core calisthenics, finished with cardio until I could barely move, all while limiting to 350 calories... but I'm le tired! Suggestions?
