I'm going to attempt making croutons out of the Almond bread, but herbed it up... trying a keto friendly stuffing since tomorrow is my first of four thanksgiving meals I will be having (if not more)

I'm actually shocked!! I was bad and had an angry orchard cider two nights in a row. Which I didn't even enjoy them, WAY too sweet. But "peer pressure"... my BF was drinking one while we watched shows and I wanted an adult beverage also...

Cucumber hollowed out and stuffed with crab meat and mayo, topped with a Sriracha Mayo, chia seeds and sesame seeds. Avocados dipped in a lime, Mayo, black pepper and wasabi sauce.

If you have a kitchen aid standup mixer, I suggest you use it to shred up meats! I use it for boiled chicken, pulled pork and also when making sushi like here... it makes it so easy!!!

I am trying to cut back on dairy this week, and no cheese... so I used mayo and tapatio on my eggs. Surprisingly yummy, still gives a creamy texture.
