so all the trouble I've had with my insides and my gums it turns out is part of my latex allergy. that's sucks. the doctor had me go on a latex friendly diet just to see if it made a difference. oh boy did it. inflammation in my gums cleared cleared right up. no gut issues what so ever. no bloat no nausea. sounds great right. it means no potatoes avocados banana tomatoes kiwis. so far carrots pears and celery does not bother me. they also did an allergy test. I have to be careful with apples because of my tree allergy, I have a mold allergy so nothing fermented. or mushrooms. coffee is sketchy lol. dust allergy no peanuts. different times of year no cucumbers, I mean this list of my allergies is huge. apparently I can have air lol. sunlight is even bad because of my pmle! air is sketchy because of pollen and asthma lol. then you have my lactose intolerance. this is depressing lol

so I hate my body. there I said it. I hate my sagging skin. but it's my body and I'm allowed to critique it. But when I'm being critical of it and standing in front of the mirror looking at myself your not supposed to agree with me and tell me to hide with longer shirts or wear a belt it'll hide it, or ask me about girdles. your not supposed to ask me if my insurance will remove the skin. your not supposed to say fat girls are ugly in thongs. your dating a fat girl. 17 yrs of this and you wonder why I have body image issues? making fun of the way my sister looks or any big girl and ,my sister weighs 100 pounds less then me and is 4 inches shorter then me carries all in her middle, is not ok! then tells me I'm not fat. I'm fat I know it but you need to stuff it!

over the past yr my 17 yr relationship has taken a huge hit. he's clinically depressed. has been gor years. over the last couple of years he's continually shutdown and pulled away from to the point I've been left feeling neglected, lonely, and resentful. I'm having all these health issues and a ton of body issues. I'm 45. everything sags lol. losing weight means lose skin, on top if stretch marks, and sagging everything. so when u ignore your girl, and stop touching her it hurts her soul especially at this time in her life. Anyway we broke up a month ago. I couldn't take it anymore. couldn't take crying anymore so I shutdown. then he finally noticed something was wrong. we had a fight and I told him I was done. Sunday we talked. apparently he's been suicidal since October. he doesn't want to burden me with how he's feeling. yea that worked out real well huh. so I guess we are working on things now. anyway standing up for myself has got my eating habits back under control. wish me luck you guys. I'm not sure if I want to stay in this relationship or not but I'm honestly going to give him a chance. but he has alot of work to do. depression is hard for a person but it's harder for the people that they live with trust me. it's an enemy that can't b seen. and when a person refuses to go get help for it...what can u do?

pushing a wheelchair around for the hubby at the hospital needs to b considered exercise. just saying. he was in pain, and a smoker and a butthead. so pushing him in and out of the hospital for 5 and a half hours to smoke should have been major exercise. and the fact I didn't murder him for being pushy and rude, cause he was in pain and worried about his knee, I should b a daint.
