Poids: De 93 à 76 kg en 3 mois (M, J,Juillet).
•Programme Sympa qui devait durer à l'initial 6 mois (medecin nutritionniste Hôpital Bichât)
- Rééducation alimentaire adaptée (- 15 kg)
- Marche chaque jour (jusqu'à 2,3h)
•Opération chirurgicale Fin Juillet
•Rééducation en centre (Août, Septembre)
•Depuis Octobre jusqu'à janvier, variations pondérales entre 78 et 71,500
•Stabilité entre 74 et 75 Depuis Un mois
•Pratique alternée de La Natation Et De La Marche 5 fois par semaine
•Objectif : perdre 6 kg (atteindre 69)
•Difficulté: La consommation en glucides à réguler et le choix de certains produits pour obtenir Beaucoup Plus De Goût et moins de calories
