Asi vamos, definiendo con 300 gr de carbos, y perdiendo unos 700-500 gr de peso a la semana. Pienso que esa es la clave, hacer el proceso sostenible y con paciencia,lentamente para no perder tanta masa en el camino y asi conseguir un mejor resultado final
