Today is my weigh day and I am pleased to be 2lbs closer to my goal. It has been a busy week and I have been able to stay on track with my nutrition and exercise program pretty well. I am hoping this super bowl Sunday does not Bowl Me Over. Many temptations will be at my fingertips as I will be making most of the food (pizza, hot wings, snacks). Grateful it only comes once a year!

Today's weekly weigh-in was good, I lost 1 lb. Considering the fact that I have cooked for company the past three nights in a row. Company is NOT on my green and lean meal plan and always includes desert. Then to top it off I made cinnamon rolls last night for a friend. Keep in mind my motto of "a good chef ALWAYS tastes EVERYTHING". All I can say is thank heavens for Optavia fueling and my exercise regimen. The remainder of this week will be back on track for my normal... Mean Lean and Green.
