Did another 5k today. I beat my time from last month by 12 seconds. My husband jogged along with me. It’s a good day. Now I’m ready for brunch.

Yesterday I tried on dresses again. We are going to the beach for Memorial Day weekend. I was in the dressing room trying on this size 6 Calvin Klein dress 👗. When I heard a mother and her adult daughter in the dressing room....

A year ago today I weighed 243 lbs and had about 33% muscle today I weigh 178 and have 37% muscle. If I can do it you can too. Keep going we all make mistakes, turn them into lessons, learn from them and make appropriate changes. You will be successful. Own it.
