One week down, 4.4 lbs gone. And that's with eating poorly a couple of times. Progress.

Tried to have the start date for my diet for 9/28, but it's not cooperating. All well. 12 week program starting 9/28, we'll see how we do. :)

I am now officially at my lowest adult weight (again). Huzzah! I could dance. Here's to progress and the will to keep going!

I know it's wrong to weigh myself daily, but I'm SO close to my smallest weight in adulthood. I couldn't resist. And it is working, so I can't complain!
I'm feeling optimistic that I may actually be ready for the beach and learning how to surf this summer. I just need to stick with it, and it will work out.
Today I'm wearing clothes that didn't fit well a week ago. Today they fit almost perfectly, with a little room left over. My pants are extremely loose, and I should probably go down a size.
Going to start doing exercises to firm everything up, but this is definitely in the right direction. Hopefully I can reach this lowest weight (.4 lbs away), and keep going well past that.
So pumped today!

Last Tuesday I weighed 233. I started a new supplement, started REALLY eating well, and I've dropped the weight. Going to keep going! Can't give up now. Lots and lots of water. Sometimes I mix it up with 3/4 water, 1/4 cranberry juice. Yogurt and granola for breakfast, small lunch, reasonable dinner, and maybe a snack or two in between. More lean protein, more veggies, and I try to keep everything low calorie and low fat.
2 CLA in the morning with my other supp, and 2 before lunch with the other supp.
I'm already past the plateau mark... Let's see if I can keep this up and then work to keep off this weight. I've fluctuated so much in the last few months (plateau of doom), it's really high time to lose and KEEP losing.
Here's to keeping on the right track!
