coucou tt le monde 😆
jusqu'au 24 dec au soir j'étais a - 6 kg et des poussieres ..durant les fêtes se fût terrible..jetais en osmose av tte ma famille que je navais pas vu depuis avril donc je peux vs dire que les sorties resto midi et soir ont a bien profité ayssi ce week end on etait invité a un baptême mais a ce jr on est le 09 janvier et je n'arrive tjrs pas a reprendre mes habitudes de peser et compter donc du coup je mange n'importe quoi sans limiter les quantités ..par le fait jai repris de sûr 3kg si ce nest plus..comment puis rztrouver ce declic de compter et peser et me dire cest comme ca quil faut faire pour y parvenir. .même en me le disant je ne le fait pas..svp faut m'aider ..les jrs passent et ca me stress
