Drinking alot more water..usually getting in 126oz or more daily.. Plus coffee, I have removed diet sodas completly for now. Time to watch this weight start dropping at a good speed. Need to try harder to get in foundation veggies EVERY day. So ready for the new challenge coming up in 2 days..hopefully with a few buddies help I can keep on track better and get to moving the scale in a downward spiral!!

HMMM 1 lb loss in 10 days..think I'm doing something wrong...too much protein?? Time to pop that book open again and research! I've drank more water..more veggies..don't stall on me now dangit!
