Really worked at it this week, glad to have lost 2 pounds but hoped for greater, will try again next week, but will be breaking out at least twice due to parties this week.

Very pled with just the 1 lb drop, after all was away for a break out of the country for the week, and drank wine and even ate chips and cake.
here's hopping that next week will be a decent drop

I'm pleased with only gaining 4 lbs, after all ive been parting and celebrating my birthday for the last two weeks,,,,,, but it gotta stop now and back to eating correctly, it will be hard but I can do it just say NO NO NO !
