Eeks. I wasn't expecting this drop. I'm going to try to put on 10 pounds of muscle this next year. Stay a similar size but more muscle. I've been eating more as I'm in maintenance and snacking in the middle of the night. I need to stop doing that since I don't feel good in the morning. I've been eating lots of beef stew and salmon. Tonight or tomorrow, I'm going to a Pigs and Peaches 🐖 🍑 BBQ festival. That will be a fun "pig" out 🤣 I'm going to look for the BBQ with the rubs. Have a great day! Sun is up!

Scrambled eggs with heavy cream , brie cheese, hot sauce, smoked salmon and stew beef. I think it's a well rounded start to my day! What are you waiting for. Dig in! Tigger 🐕 loves the beef and salmon.
