On my way to Sacramento today to take care of my mom (she fell & broke her leg)..... a little anxious, but ok. Worried I'll eat too much because I'll be busy and not pay attention to what goes in my mouth~ but I did go to my gym today to get a travelling pass so I can at least do some cardio while I'm there! I've been using a soluble fiber capsule that my trainer recommended (glucomannen) the past couple of days, and it seems to be working..... I break open the capsule and mix it with my Vitarain or water that I drink with my meal, and what it does is expand to 50 times in your belly, making you full and lasting for hours. I've eaten probably 200-300 less calories each day that I've tried it..... and I haven't had any "gassy" side effects either! LOL! My family is happy about that!

I just had to had to had to zoom home from the trainer and write down the good news!!!! I have lost 4lbs since my last weigh in!! Whoohoo! It wasn't an "official trainer wiegh & measure", but I'm below 200lbs! Yipee!!!!!

Totally stressed out the past few days, and it shows in my eating habits..... why can't i be one of those people that stops eating when they are stressed instead of reaching for the greasiest, worst thing for me food? ARRGGHH! So frustrating.... :( But I am working very hard today to get it under control and be conscious of what I am doing so I can do something else besides stuff my face.... wish me luck!

Good Saturday morning all! Rousing from the depths I am.....
Today is going to be busy with errands to run, grocery shopping and my trainer appt at 1230. I feel pretty good so far this morning~ and am optimistic as to how well I can turn away temptation.... I'll get back to you later with how well it goes! LOL
