So apparently my scale was breaking and I didn't know it when I had the last weigh in. But I'm still moving it down and that's what counts.... focus on today and don't quit on me! Happy Saturday my friends!!!!

Starting IIYFM tomorrow -- need to balance out my carbs vs. protien vs. fat intake... seems like I am already tracking these things but I just didn't know how much I should be eating of each.... wish me luck!

Whaaattttt? Happy dance, happy dance! I wasn't going to weigh in until Thursday, but so glad I got on the scale today, what I'm doing is paying off and I needed to see that. Keep focus on today and only what I can do today, believe I can do this and never quit on me!
