hiii, wajar gak sih kalau baru mulai diet olahraganya cuma kuat 5 menitan? gimana sih cara biar kuat olahraga lebih dari 5 menitan? targetku setidaknya mau kuat 30 menitan. aku coba ikutin chloe ting btw. sebel bgt baru 5 menitan rasanya udh kek mau pingsan, pusing, mual gitu :((
